Designed to Reinforce
What You Already Use

S.T.R.I.D.E. is a supplemental bullying prevention and school climate standard. It establishes how your school community recognizes and responds to harm — and it's built to integrate with the curriculum, SEL, and PBIS frameworks already in place.

Schools receive access to licensed implementation materials and training resources for selected grade band(s) during the license term. Implementation is led by your existing staff — counselors, SEL coordinators, or trained teachers.

Direct email and phone access to the founder is included for implementation questions throughout the license term.

Specific scope and pricing are provided per inquiry, scaled to your campus's enrollment and grade configuration.

Designed for compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, and CIPA. Federal compliance documentation is provided to licensed schools.

Questions
Answered Directly

We already have a bullying prevention program.
Most schools do — and S.T.R.I.D.E. is designed to strengthen what's already in place rather than replace it. The conversation is about where it fits, not what it removes.
What if a student discloses something?
Your school's existing safety, reporting, and counseling protocols take precedent. S.T.R.I.D.E. is a supplemental educational resource and does not replace school safety or student support systems. Mandated reporting, Title IX procedures, and counselor response remain the responsibility of your school and its staff. Our implementation resources are built to align with and reinforce those existing protocols.
Do we need to hire anyone new?
No. Existing staff — counselors, SEL coordinators, or trained teachers — can lead implementation. No outside certification required.
What data is collected on our students?
None that identifies them. All assessments are anonymous and school-controlled. No personally identifiable student information is collected at any point. The provider operates no student-facing platform.
How does this fit with our SEL and PBIS work?
S.T.R.I.D.E. is designed to reinforce, not compete with, existing SEL and PBIS initiatives. It activates the recognition and response side of the work — the moment between knowing what to do and doing it.
Is this appropriate for younger grades?
Yes. Materials are differentiated by grade band, with age-appropriate language and formats throughout K–12.

This Standard Is
Grant-Eligible

Most schools can fund implementation entirely through existing federal grant allocations.

Title IV-A — ESSA
Student Support and Academic Enrichment. Bullying prevention and SEL are explicitly allowable expenditures. The primary funding lane for most schools.
Bipartisan Safer Communities Act
School-Based Mental Health Services. Directs significant resources toward prevention programming.
Title II-A — Staff Training
The staff training component is eligible for Title II-A funding, separate from student programming.
Budget language for Title IV-A, BSCA, and Title II-A is available on request. Email schools@apathwaytostride.com — you'll receive documentation within 2 business days.
