Last updated: April 25, 2026

J. Collins Restoration Group LLC is committed to ensuring that www.apathwaytostride.com is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to access information about A Pathway to S.T.R.I.D.E.™ regardless of ability or assistive technology used.

1. Our Commitment

J. Collins Restoration Group LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our digital content and to ensure compliance with applicable accessibility standards.

2. Conformance Status

This Website is designed to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

This Website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address any remaining gaps.

3. Accessibility Features

This Website incorporates the following features to support accessibility:

  • Semantic HTML structure to support screen reader navigation
  • Descriptive page titles and headings to enable wayfinding
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and devices
  • Keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements
  • Alternative text for meaningful images where present
  • Standard text fonts that support browser-based zoom and resizing
  • Clear, plain-language content where possible

4. Section 508 and ADA

We strive to align with applicable accessibility standards including Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We recognize that schools and districts evaluating vendor websites may have their own accessibility procurement requirements, and we are committed to working with licensed partners to address any accessibility-related concerns regarding program materials.

5. Program Materials

A Pathway to S.T.R.I.D.E.™ program materials are designed for inclusion. Materials include alternative formats and accommodations consistent with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and ADA requirements, including transcripts for video components. Schools that license the program retain primary responsibility for providing accommodations to their students.

6. Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on this Website may not yet be fully accessible. Common limitations may include:

  • Third-party content (such as embedded fonts or external links) over which we do not have direct accessibility control
  • Older content that has not yet been updated to current accessibility standards
  • PDF documents that may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader use

We are working to identify and address these limitations as part of our ongoing accessibility improvements.
